It is our goal to aid the real estate agent by identifying qualified clients whom require space. Joining our Network will reduce your time spent canvassing for new prospects and allow you to spend a greater percentage of time closing transactions.

Industrial--Space.com understands the hard work, time, effort and tenacious follow through that is required to identify a space and finalize a transaction with a tenant. We also understand that not every lead ends in a completed transaction.

Our goal is to provide you with a long-term source of potential clients which you can count on for a significant portion of your business each and every month.

Broker/Member responsibilities:
1. Follow up with all prospects within 24 hours
2. Relentless follow up in pursuing prospects.
3. Notify OSSUSA immediately of any prospect where you the broker had contact with client prior to receiving customer information.
4. Report all closed transactions within 3 days.

Please Review Broker/Member Advertisement Cost Structure

Network Members agree to pay a Advertisement Cost of 20% of total fees received for providing real estate services to tenant securing a lease or sale of real estate for all prospects introduced by Industrial--Space.com or any of its affiliates.

Industrial Space shall receive all advertisement fees due upon the signing of the lease or no longer than 7 days upon receipt of total fees from landlord.
